Mehrangarh Fort
The most exotic place of Jodhpur. This finely crafted
125m tall fort includes some beautiful palaces like
Daulat Mahal, Phool Mahal, Moti Mahal with seven gates.
One can enjoy the complete view of the sun-city from the
fort. And not to be missed places are the museum, Sadar
market.
Jaswant Thada
A beautifully made white marble cenotaphs dedicated to
Maharaja Jaswant Singh. More often known as “Taj Mahal
of Mewar”. Thada is near the fort road.
Umaid Bhawan
This 20th century old finely crafted palace was made by
Maharaja Jai Singh, the palace is made of red stones,
and now converted into a Grand Heritage hotel.
Other destinations are Balsamand lake, Mandore garden,
Mahamandir temple, and Kailana lake.

temples. Barmer is 12th century city. In Kiradu which
near to Barmer you can the ruins of some beautiful 12th
century temple. The Tilwara cattle fair, hand block
printing and furniture of Barmer are very famous.

The desert city is mainly famous for its old Havelis.
The interesting places are the Jaisalmer fort, the
havelis- Patwaon ki havei, Nathmalji ki Haveli, Tazia
tower, Jain Temple, Gadisar Lake, Lodurva Jain temple,
the royal cenotaphs of Bada Bagh and above all the sand
dunes of Sam.
Enjoy the camel safri and get a close view of the golden
sand dunes at Sam.
